การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งเสริมความมีวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา 2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในการส่งเสริมความมีวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา และ 3) สังเคราะห์ปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการส่งเสริมวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพ อำเภอกะพ้อ จังหวัดปัตตานี โดยมีกลุ่มประชากร จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.964 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านการวางแผน ผู้บริหารมีการกำหนดเป้าหมายในการส่งเสริม ทำแผนงานโครงการและกิจกรรมที่สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้ โดยจะส่งเสริมตามสถานการณ์และโอกาส และคำนึงถึงพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกของนักเรียนเป็นหลัก ด้านการจัดสรรทรัพยากร ผู้บริหารมีการสนับสนุนงบประมาณการจัดกิจกรรม เพื่อให้เกิดผลในด้านการกระตุ้นและแรงจูงใจ ผู้บริหารให้ความสำคัญในด้านการรักษาความสะอาดของสถานศึกษา การมอบเกียรติบัตรและรางวัลให้กับนักเรียนที่มีมารยาทดีงาม ด้านการประสานงานนั้น มีการประสานงานกับผู้ร่วมงานและผู้ปกครองนักเรียนเพื่อรับทราบปัญหาและดำเนินการส่งเสริมวินัยนักเรียน เพื่อหาแนวทางและรูปแบบที่เหมาะสมต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและแก้ไขพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมของนักเรียน และด้านการประเมินผล จะทำประเมิลผลการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมวินัยนักเรียนอย่างน้อยสัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง โดยใช้วิธีการสังเกตพฤติกรรมแบบไม่เป็นทางการ การรายงานผลการประเมินส่วนมากจะใช้วิธีการรายงานให้ที่ประชุมทราบด้วยวาจา โดยไม่ได้ทำเป็นเอกสารที่ชัดเจน
The purposes of this study aimed to 1) investigate school administrators role in promoting self-discipline of primary school students, 2) compare factors affecting opinions on administrators role in promoting self-discipline of primary school students, and 3) synthesize problems and solutions in promoting of self-discipline of primary school students. Population using for this study were 120 teachers. The questionnaire used as an instrument which had a reliability of 0.964. For data analysis, used statistics frequency, percentage, average mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study were shown briefly as follows As for the planning aspect, most administrators determined purposes for promoting, organized relevant plans for practical project activities according to situations and opportunities by putting the emphases on students present day behaviors. As resources allocation aspect, administrators with support the budgets, activities to be effective. As regards the motivation aspect, administrators stressed the importance of cleanliness of school place, giving rewards and certificates for well-mannered students. Regarding the coordination aspect, they worked together with their colleagues and parents on the problems concerning self-discipline promotion to find out the suitable ways to help prevent and correct the misbehavior of students. Finally, as respect for the evaluation aspect, most administrators evaluated their performance concerning promotion of students self-discipline at least once a week by observing students behavior informally. Most reports were conducted orally to the meeting without clearly written paper report.
