การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านต่าง ๆ กับการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และ 3) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง (ฝ่ายมัธยม) ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 155 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสำรวจ เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) มี 5 ระดับ จำนวน 44 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยวเนียงมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน **ผลการวิจัย พบร่วม** 1\. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง (ฝ่ายมัธยม) ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2\. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านต่างๆ กับการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง (ฝ่ายมัธยม) พบว่า ด้านความสนใจในการประกอบอาชีพและด้านบุคลิกภาพ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครอง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3\. ปัจจัยด้านความสนใจในการประกอบอาชีพและด้านบุคลิกภาพสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง (ฝ่ายมัธยม) ได้ร้อยละ 27.40 โดยเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ได้ ดังนี้ 3.1 สมการถดถอยที่คำนวณโดยใช้คะแนนดิบ คือ $Y' = 1.642+.367(X_1)+.219(X_2)$ 3.2 สมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ $Z' = .417(X_1)+.243(X_2)$
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the level of factors affecting decision to study further of Mathayomsuksa 3 Students, 2) study the relationship between all factors and the decision to study further of Mathayomsuksa 3 Students, and 3) to create the predictive equations of factors affecting decision to study further of Mathayomsuksa 3 Students. The sample was 155 Mathayomsuksa 3 Students at Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University in Academic Year 2021. The research instruments was 5 rating-scale questionnaire, 44 items with reliability was .90. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The results were as follows: 1\. Factors affecting decision to study further of Mathayomsuksa 3 Students at Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University, in overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2\. The relationship between factors and decision to study further of Mathayomsuksa 3 Students found that the Interest in occupation and personality have a positive correlation with decision to study further statistically significant at .01 level and parental expectations have positive correlation with decision to study further of Mathayomsuksa 3 Students at .05 level. 3\. Interest in occupation and personality factors could be applied to predict decisions to study further by 27.4 percent. The predictive equation of decision to study further was shown in the form of raw scores and standard score as follows: 3.1 Raw scores predicting equation was $Y' = 1.642+.367(X_1)+ .219(X_2)$ 3.2 Standard scores predicting equation was $Z'=.417(X_1)+ .243(X_2)$
