การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง แสงและสิ่งมีชีวิต ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ระหว่างก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบ สะเต็มศึกษา (STEM Education) และศึกษาเจตคติที่มีต่อการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จากการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา (STEM Education) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จำนวน 31 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา จำนวน 12 แผน แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เป็นแบบปรนัย ชนิดเลือกตอบ 3 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 และแบบวัดเจตคติที่มีต่อการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ จำนวน 51 ข้อ เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มี 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที (t-test) แบบ dependent sample **ผลการวิจัย พบว่า** 1\. **ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง แสงและสิ่งมีชีวิต** ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จากการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา (STEM Education) นักเรียนมีคะแนนอยู่ในระดับดีขึ้นไปร้อยละ 96.77 ของนักเรียนทั้งหมด 2\. **ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง แสงและสิ่งมีชีวิต** ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จากการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา (STEM Education) หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3\. **เจตคติต่อการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง แสงและสิ่งมีชีวิต** ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 หลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษา (STEM Education) อยู่ในระดับดี
The purposes of this research were to study and compare learning achievement on science in light living thing of Prathomsuksa 2 students between before and after through learning management by STEM Education and study students' attitudes toward the science learning through learning management by STEM Education. The sample consisted of 31 Prathomsuksa 2 students by cluster sampling. The research instruments were 12 instruction plans, learning achievement test on Science 30 items for 3 multiple choices with reliability was .94 and the attitude test towards the science learning 51 items of Likert 5 scales with reliability was .96. The statistics were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and t-test for dependent sample. The results were as follow: 1\. Learning achievement on science on light living thing of Prathomsuksa 2 students after through learning management by the STEM Education was higher than good level provided 96.77 percent. 2\. Learning achievement on science in light living thing of Prathomsuksa 2 students after through learning management by the STEM Education was higher than before learning at the statistically significant at the .05 level. 3\. Attitude towards the science learning in light living thing of Prathomsuksa 2 students after through learning management by the STEM Education was at a good level.
