การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาทักษะการอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการอ่านและการเขียนอังกฤษ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน วิชาการ อ่านสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์อังกฤษ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาออมสินอุปถัมภ์ จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยใช้เทคนิคการสอนแบบ CIRC กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่นักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1/2564 วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาออมสินอุปถัมภ์ จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน ได้แก่ห้อง ปวช. 2/1 จำนวนนักเรียน 28 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย โดยใช้การจับฉลาก (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 3) แบบประเมินการอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ และ 4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test แบบ dependent **ผลการวิจัยพบว่า** 1\. ทักษะการอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษวิชาการอ่านสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์อังกฤษของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาการบัญชี วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาออมสินอุปถัมภ์ จากการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคนิคการสอนแบบ CIRC พบว่า โดยรวมผู้เรียนได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.43 อยู่ในระดับดี เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ 2\. ทักษะการอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษวิชาการอ่านสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์อังกฤษของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาการบัญชี วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาออมสินอุปถัมภ์ ระหว่างก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคนิคการสอนแบบ CIRC พบว่า หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3\. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคนิคการสอนแบบ CIRC ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
The purposes of this research were 1) to develop reading and writing English skills. 2) to compare reading and writing English skills. 3) to explore satisfaction towards reading and writing English skills in Reading Printed Media in English for second-year students of vocational college under the patronage of GSB foundation, Chanthaburi Province using CIRC Technique. The sample was selected from 28 students of 2/1 classroom in the second year in vocational college under the patronage of GSB foundation in the first semester of the Academic year 2021 by simple random sampling. The research instrument consisted of 1) The learning management plan. 2) An achievement test in Reading Printed Media in English. 3) The assessment form to access reading and writing English. 4) The satisfaction assessment form. The statistic tools for data analysis were percentage, mean and Standard Deviation, and dependent samples t-test. The research findings revealed that: 1. The developing of reading and writing English skills in Reading Printed Media in English for second-year students of vocational college under the patronage of GSB foundation, Chanthaburi Province using CIRC Technique showed that the average score of post-learning was higher than the pre-learning (71.43) at a high level. 2. The developing of reading and writing English skills in Reading Printed Media in English for second-year students of vocational college under the patronage of GSB foundation, Chanthaburi Province using CIRC Technique showed that the post-learning was higher than the pre-learning was significantly difference at .05 level. 3. The vocational college the second-year students of revealing of using CIRC Technique in overall was at a high level.
