การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง รำแม่บทเล็ก 2) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน วิชา นาฏศิลป์ เรื่อง รำแม่บทเล็ก และ 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโดยใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง รำแม่บทเล็ก ระหว่างก่อนและหลังเรียน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2563 โรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 (กบินทร์ราษฎรอ่ารุง) จำนวนนักเรียน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง รำแม่บทเล็ก 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง รำแม่บทเล็ก 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง รำแม่บทเล็ก และ 4) แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติ โดยระยะเวลาในการทดลอง จำนวน 18 สัปดาห์ 18 ชั่วโมง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สูตรค่าที (t-test) **ผลการวิจัยพบว่า** 1. **ประสิทธิภาพของชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง รำแม่บทเล็ก มีประสิทธิภาพ (E/E₂)** เท่ากับ 84.38/93.50 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ คือ 80/80 2. **ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโดยใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง รำแม่บทเล็ก** โดยมีนักเรียน จำนวน 16 คน อยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม โดยคิดเป็นร้อยละ 80 นักเรียน จำนวน 3 คน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยคิดเป็นร้อยละ 15 นักเรียน จำนวน 1 คน อยู่ในระดับดี โดยคิดเป็นร้อยละ 5 ดังนั้น นักเรียนทั้งหมด 20 คนอยู่ในระดับดีขึ้นไปคิดเป็นร้อยละ 93.50 ของคะแนนเต็ม 3. **เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโดยใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง รำแม่บทเล็ก มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05**
The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop and find the efficiency of the learning activity package in Mae But Lek dance, 2) to study the learning achievement of the students in the dramatic arts in Mae But Lek dance, and 3) to compare the students' learning achievement by using the learning activity package in Mae But Lek dance between before and after for Matthatomsuksa 3 students who are studying in the 1 semester of the academic year 2020, Municipality 1 School (Kabinratsadonamrung), 20 students. The research instruments were 1) learning activity package in Mae But Lek dance, 2) the learning management plan in Mae But Lek dance, 3) the learning achievement test in Mae But Lek dance, and 4) the practical skills assessment form. The duration of the experiment was 18 weeks and 18 hours. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and the statistic used to test the hypothesis using the t-test. The results revealed that 1\. The efficiency of the learning activity package in Mae But Lek dance was efficiency $(E_1/E_2)$ equal to 84.38% equal to 93.50%, higher than the specified threshold of 80/80%. 2\. The student's learning achievement by using the learning activity package in Mae But Lek dance with 16 students was at an excellent level which accounted for 80%, 3 students were at very good level which accounted for 15%, 1 student was at good level for 5%, so a total of 20 students were at an improvement 93.50 of the full score. 3\. Comparison of the students' learning achievement by using the learning activity in Mae But Lek dance had higher learning achievement after than before statistically significance of .05 level.
