การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อออกแบบ และศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของเว็บช่วยสอนเรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำ 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของเว็บช่วยสอนเรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีนีรชาบริหารธุรกิจ ดังนี้ ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำและเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำระหว่างก่อนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีนีรชาบริหารธุรกิจ โดยการจัดการเรียนการสอนจากเว็บช่วยสอนเรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ปีที่ 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) เว็บช่วยสอนเรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำ จำนวน 4 หน่วยได้แก่ หน่วยที่ 1 การทำงานกับภาพกราฟิกและภาพวาด หน่วยที่ 2 การสร้างตารางและสมการคณิตศาสตร์ หน่วยที่ 3 เครื่องมือช่วยต่าง ๆ และหน่วยที่ 4 การพิมพ์เอกสารออกทางเครื่องพิมพ์ Microsoft Word 2010 และ Word 2013 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้เรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำ จำนวน 8 แผน 24 ชั่วโมง 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ที่ .87 4) แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติ เรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที่ (t-test for dependent Samples) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประสิทธิภาพของเว็บช่วยสอนเรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีนีรชาบริหารธุรกิจ E1/E2 เท่ากับ 81.07/83.14 2) ประสิทธิผลของเว็บช่วยสอน พบว่า 2.1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีนีรชาบริหารธุรกิจ ภายหลังจากการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเว็บช่วยสอนอยู่ในระดับดี ($\bar{X}$ = 16.06) 2.2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภายหลังจากการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเว็บช่วยสอนเรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่องโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำของนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ปีที่ 1 สูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this research were 1) to design and study the efficiency of Web-based Instruction aids in word processing programmes. 2) to study the effectiveness of Web-based Instruction aids in word processing program for vocational certificate Program 1 year students of Neeracha Business Administration Technological College and compare the learning achievement in Word processing program between before and after learning management from Web-based Instruction aids. The research sample 35 students of Neeracha Business Administration Technological College. The tools for study included 1) Web-based Instruction aids in Word Processing Programmes 4 units, unit 1 including working with graphics and drawings, unit 2 creating tables and mathematical equations, unit 3 tools and unit 4 printing documents on Microsoft Word 2010 and Word 2013 printers. 2) Lesson Plan, The word processing programmes 8 plans, 24 hours 3) Quiz Learn the word processing programmes with the reliability of .87 4) the skills evaluation form in Word processing programmes, data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and compare the average scores by t-test for dependent samples. The research finding as follows: The research finding as follows: 1) the efficiency of Web-based Instruction aids was expected at 81.07/83.14, 2) effectiveness of Web Based Instruction aids found that: 2.1) the learning achievement of word processing programmes was the good level ( $\bar{X}$ = 16.06), 2.2) post learning achievement score was higher statistically significant at the .05 level.
