การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีจุดประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่อง ทศนิยมและเศษส่วน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่อง ทศนิยมและเศษส่วนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนบึงศรีราชาพิทยาคม ระหว่างก่อนและหลังจากการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักการเรียนแบบร่วมมือ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนตามหลักการเรียนแบบร่วมมือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนบึงศรีราชาพิทยาคม อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน นักเรียน 43 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักการเรียนแบบร่วมมือเรื่อง ทศนิยมและเศษส่วน จำนวน 20 แผน รวม 20 ชั่วโมง 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่อง ทศนิยมและเศษส่วนด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ และด้านทักษะกระบวนการทางคณิตศาสตร์ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .466 และ .653 ตามลำดับ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนตามหลักการเรียนแบบร่วมมือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (t-test dependent) **ผลการวิจัยพบว่า** 1\. **ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่อง ทศนิยมและเศษส่วนโดยรวม และด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ** อยู่ในระดับปรับปรุง ด้านทักษะกระบวนการทางคณิตศาสตร์อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างต่ำ 2\. **ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่อง ทศนิยมและเศษส่วนโดยรวมและรายด้านของนักเรียนชั้น** มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนบึงศรีราชาพิทยาคม ภายหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักการเรียนแบบร่วมมือ สูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3\. **ความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนตามหลักการเรียนแบบร่วมมือโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด**
The purposes of this study were 1) to study learning achievement on Decimal and Fraction and 2) to compare the learning achievement on Decimal and Fraction of Mathayomsuksa 1 students at Buengsirachapittayakhom school between before and after learning management through cooperative learning approach, and 3) to investigate the satisfaction towards cooperative learning approach. The sample of this study consisted of Mathayomsuksa 1 students at Bungsirachatphittayakorn school Siracha District, Chonburi Province, in the first semester of the academic year 2019, one class comprised 43 students. The research instruments were 1) 20 lesson learning management plan through cooperative learning approach on Decimal and Fraction for 20 hours 2) the students' learning achievement test on Decimal and Fraction in comprehension aspect and Mathematics process skill with reliabilities were .466 and .653 respectively, and 3) questionnaire on the satisfaction towards cooperative learning approach. The data was analyzed by percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and compare the average score by t-test for dependent samples. The research results found that 1\. The learning achievement on Decimal and Fraction was in the improvement level and in the comprehension, the Mathematic process skill was in fairly low level. 2\. The learning achievement on Decimal and Fraction in the overall of Mathayomsuksa 1 students at Buengsirachapittayakhom school after learning management through cooperative learning approach was higher at the .05 level of statistically significant. 3\. The satisfaction towards cooperative learning approach was at the highest level $(\bar{X} = 4.66)$.
