การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับของปัจจัยภายในตัวผู้เรียน และปัจจัยภายนอกที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาไทย 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยภายในตัวผู้เรียนและปัจจัยภายนอก กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาไทย และ 3) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนวัดราษฎร์นิยมธรรม (พิบูลสงคราม) เขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 103 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราประมาณค่า (Rating scale) มี 5 ระดับ จำนวน 50 ข้อ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยวเนียงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถอดถอนพหุคูณ **ผลการวิจัย พบว่า** 1\. ปัจจัยที่ส่งต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาไทย โดยภาพรวมและรายปัจจัย อยู่ในระดับมาก 2\. แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ เจตคติต่อการเรียน และคุณภาพการสอนของครู มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาไทย 3\. ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ สามารถพยากรณ์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาไทยของนักเรียน ได้ร้อยละ 10.80
The purposes of this study were 1) to study internal factors and external factors that affected the learning achievement on Thai subject, 2) to study the correlation between internal factors, external factors and learning achievement on Thai subject, and 3) to construct predictive equations of factors affecting learning achievement on Thai Subject of students. The samples were 103 Prathomsuksa 3 students at Watratniyontum (Piboon Songkrom) school in academic year 2019. The research instrument was 5-level of rating scale questionnaire, 50 items which reliability was .91. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. The results were as follows: 1\. Factors affecting learning achievement on Thai Subject of students, in overall and in each aspect were at a high level. 2\. Achievement motivation, attitude towards learning and teachers' teaching quality were positively correlated to learning achievement on Thai Subject statistically significant at the .05 level, for the other factors were no correlated. 3\. Achievement motivation factors could be predict on learning achievement on Thai Subject by 10.8 percent
