การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่องเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนวัดม่วงชุม จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จากการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เว็บไซต์ช่วยสอนเรื่อง เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารกับเกณฑ์ระดับดี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) เว็บไซต์ช่วยสอนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรื่อง เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มีค่าความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี ($\bar{X}$ = 4.21) 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่องเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร จำนวน 11 แผน เวลา 17 ชั่วโมง มีค่าความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี ($\bar{X}$ = 4.22) และ 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่องเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .71 ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที่ (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เว็บไซต์ช่วยสอน เรื่องเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มีทั้งสิ้น 6 บทเรียน ใช้เวลาสอน 17 ชั่วโมง มีประสิทธิภาพ $E_1/E_2$ เท่ากับ 100/100 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่องเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนวัดม่วงชุม จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ตามเกณฑ์การวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ร้อยละ 60.00 ($\bar{X}$ = 65.50) อยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยมและสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ระดับดีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this research were 1) to create and develop the web-based instruction on Information and communication technology for prathomsuksa 6 students, and 2) to study and compare the learning achievement on Information and communication technology for prathomsuksa 6 students at Watmuanchum school in Kanchanaburi province through learning management by web-based instruction on Information and communication technology. The research instruments were 1) web-based instruction on the Internet network on Information and communication technology with the average appropriation at a good level ($\bar{X}$ = 4.21), 2) 11 learning management plans for 17 hours on Information and communication technology with the average appropriation at a good level ($\bar{X}$ = 4.22), and 3) learning achievement test on Information and communication technology with the reliability .71. The data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and t-test. The research results found that 6 web-based instructions on Information and communication technology for 17 hours had the efficiency $E_1/E_2$ = 100/100, 2) the learning achievement of the prathomsuksa 6 students at Watmuanchum school in Kanchanaburi province on Information technology and communication based on the learning assessment criteria of Basic Education Core Curriculum 2008 there was 60% ($\bar{X}$ = 65.50) students at the excellent level by .05 level of statistically significant different which the higher than good level.
