การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัย ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัย และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนปทุมคงคา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนปทุมคงคา จำนวน 170 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มี 5 ระดับ 50 ข้อ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนปทุมคงคา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเจตคติต่อการเรียน ด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ และด้านความรับผิดชอบ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียน ด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างนักเรียนกับเพื่อน และสัมพันธภาพระหว่างนักเรียนกับครู อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านต่าง ๆ กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนปทุมคงคา พบว่า ด้านเจตคติต่อการเรียน ด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียน ด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ และด้านความรับผิดชอบ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างนักเรียนกับเพื่อน และด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างนักเรียนกับครู มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนปทุมคงคา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์และด้านเจตคติต่อการเรียนสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนปทุมคงคา ได้ร้อยละ 20.6
This research aimed to study factors' level affecting on learning achievement, the correlation between each factor, and to find out the predictive equations of the factors affecting to learning achievement of Matthayomsuksa 3 students at Patumkongka school. The samples used in this study included 170 students. The research instrument was a 5-scale rating questionnaire, 50 items which had a reliability of .97. Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Multiple Correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression were employed for data analysis. The results revealed that: 1) Factors affected on learning achievement of Matthayomsuksa 3 students at Patumkongka school were at a high level. Considering each part found personal factors on the aspects of attitude toward learning, achievement motivation, and responsibility were at high level. Learning behavior was at a moderate level. Factors on the aspect of school environment, relationship between students and their friends, and relationship between students and teachers were at high level. 2) A correlation between factors with learning achievement of the Matthayomsuksa 3 students at Patumkongka school was that factors on the aspects of attitude toward learning, learning behavior, achievement motivation, and responsibility were positively correlated with the students' learning achievement at .01 level of significance. Factors on the relationship between students and their friends and relationship between students and teachers were positively correlated with students' learning achievement at .05 level of significance. 3) Personal factors of achievement motivation and attitude toward learning could be jointly predicting students' learning achievement at 20.6 percent by writing as predictive equations as follows:
