การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการสื่อสาร และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการสื่อสาร ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ระหว่างก่อนและหลังจากการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน (PBL) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2561 โรงเรียนบ้านซ่องกะพัด อำเภอแก่งหางแมว จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน มีนักเรียน 35 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) โดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน (PBL) จำนวน 6 แผ่น 16 ชั่วโมง และ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เป็นแบบปรนัยเลือกตอบ 30 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.95 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติทดสอบที่ (Dependent t-test Statistic) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่อง เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการสื่อสาร ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ภายหลังจากการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน (PBL) อยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 24.23 และมีนักเรียนร้อยละ 71.43 อยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม และ 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่อง เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการสื่อสาร ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ภายหลังจากการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน (PBL) สูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this research were 1) to study on learning achievement in Information Technology for Communication, and 2) to compare the learning achievement on Information Technology for communication of Prathomsuksa 2 students between pre-test and post-test through Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning management. The sample of this research comprised of 35 students who were studying in the first semester in academic year of 2018 from Banchongkapad school, Kanghangmeao District in Chantaburi Province, selected by simple random sampling method. The classroom was used to be a sampling unit. The research instruments were 1) 6 Lesson plans for 16 hours on Problem Based Learning, and 2) The learning achievement test in multiple choices 30 items with the reliability of 0.95. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test on Dependent Statistic. The results of this research found that 1) the learning achievement on Information Technology for Communication of Prathomsuksa 2 students through Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning management in the post-test was in the excellent level ( $\bar{X}$ = 24.23). They were 71.43 percent of the students in the excellent level, and 2) The learning achievement on Information Technology for Communication of Prathomsuksa 2 students through Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning management was higher at the statistically significant level of .05.
