การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาผลของการฝึกอบรมจากการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม การเขียนรายงานผลการวิจัยจากการออกแบบนวัตกรรมเพื่อการจัดการการเรียนการสอนสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการฝึกอบรมและความสามารถในการทำแบบฝึกทักษะจากการฝึกอบรมการเขียนรายงานผลการวิจัยจากการออกแบบนวัตกรรมเพื่อการจัดการการเรียนการสอนสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา และ 2. เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการเขียนรายงานผลการวิจัย จากการออกแบบนวัตกรรมเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นข้าราชการครูระดับ ครูชำนาญการ/ครูชำนาญการพิเศษ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาทุกสาขาวิชาที่มีความสนใจ สมัครเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการเขียนรายงานผลการวิจัยจากการออกแบบนวัตกรรมเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา ในรุ่นที่ 3 ระหว่างวันที่ 8-10 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2561 จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี ดังนี้ 1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการเขียนรายงานผลการวิจัยจากการออกแบบนวัตกรรมเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน สำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษา ของสำนักพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูและบุคลากรอาชีวศึกษา 2. แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการฝึกอบรม 3. แบบวัดความสามารถในการทำแบบฝึกทักษะ 4. แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการฝึกอบรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติจำนวนร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการฝึกอบรมโดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับดี ( $\bar{X}$ = 74.66) และความสามารถในการทำแบบฝึกทักษะระหว่างการฝึกอบรมการเขียนรายงานผลการวิจัยจากการออกแบบนวัตกรรมเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับดีเยี่ยม ( $\bar{X}$ = 99.00) 2. ความพึงพอใจต่อการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการเขียนรายงานผลการวิจัยจากการออกแบบนวัตกรรมเพื่อการจัดการการเรียนการสอน สำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด ( $\bar{X}$ = 4.83)
The objectives of this research were to study on training curriculum results concerning research report writing on innovation for instruction for Vocational teachers as follows 1) to study the training achievement and the ability to do the exercise from training results concerning research writing on innovation for instruction for Vocational teachers, and 2) to study the satisfaction towards training curriculum results concerning research report writing on innovation for instruction for Vocational teachers. The sample of this study consisted of 40 government teachers, professional level teacher, and senior professional level teachers under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in all field who were interested in, and applied for training curriculum results concerning research report writing on innovation for instruction for Vocational teachers in version 3 during September 8-10, 2018. The instruments of this study were 1) training curriculum results concerning research report writing on innovation instruction for Vocational teachers of Bureau of Personnel Competency Development, 2) training achievement test, 3) ability to do exercise test, and 4) satisfaction questionnaire towards training program. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results showed that 1) the training achievement in the overall was at a good level ( $\bar{X}$ = 74.66), and the ability to do the exercise during the training results concerning research report writing on innovation for vocational teachers was at the excellent level ( $\bar{X}$ = 99.00), and 2 ) the satisfaction towards training results concerning research report writing on innovation for instruction for Vocational teachers was at the highest level ( $\bar{X}$ = 4.83).
