การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชาการสร้างเว็บเพจ และ เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชาการสร้างเว็บเพจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียน นครระยองวิทยาคม (วัดโขดใต้) ระหว่างก่อนและหลังโดยจากการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ทฤษฎีโซเชียล คอนสตรัคติวิสต์ (Social Constructivist Theory) และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้ทฤษฎีโซเชียลคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ (Social Constructivist Theory) ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษาที่ 2560 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียนมี นักเรียน 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ทฤษฎีโซเชียลคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ จำนวน 10 แผน ทำการสอน 20 ชั่วโมง แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการสร้างเว็บเพจด้วยโปรแกรม เท็กซ์ อิติเตอร์ (Text Editor) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .94 แบบวัดความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม มีค่าความ เชื่อมั่น .96 และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้มีความเชื่อมั่น .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที่ (t-test Dependent) **ผลการวิจัย พบว่า** 1\. **ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชาการสร้างเว็บเพจด้วยโปรแกรมเท็กซ์ อิติเตอร์ ด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 จากการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ทฤษฎีโซเชียลคอนสตรัคติวิสต์** โดยรวมมีนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับดีขึ้นไป ($\bar{X}$ = 21.14) จำนวน 23 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.42 ซึ่งไม่สอดคล้อง กับสมมติฐานที่ได้ตั้งไว้ว่าผ่านเกณฑ์ระดับดี ร้อยละ 75 ขึ้นไป และด้านความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์ เว็บเพจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ภายหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ($\bar{X}$ = 10.31) และด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ภายหลังจากการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ทฤษฎี โซเชียลคอน-สตรัคติวิสต์ สูงขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 2\. **ความคิดเห็นต่อวิชาการสร้างเว็บเพจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 จากการจัดการ เรียนรู้โดยใช้ทฤษฎีโซเชียลคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ($\bar{X}$ = 4.41) และทุกด้านของ ความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับดีมาก**
The Objectives of this study were 1) to examine the learning achievement and to compare the learning achievement on 'The construction of webpage by Text Editor' for Matthayomsuksa 4 students from Nakomrayongwittayakorn School (Khod Tai Temple) before and after learning through the learning management by Social Constructivist Theory. The samples in this study consisted of 35 matthayomsuksa 4 in 2/2562 semester students from Nakomrayongwittayakorn school (Khod Tai Temple). The instruments were ten of learning management by Social Constructivist Theory plans for 20 hours, the comprehension test on 'The construction of Webpage by Text Editor' with the reliability at .94, the performance test on using the program with the reliability at .96, and questionnaire on the opinion towards learning management by Social Constructivist Theory. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test dependent. The findings showed as follows: 1\. The learning achievement on 'The Construction of Webpage by Text Editor' from learning management by Social Constructivist Theory in comprehension aspect in the overall was at a good level ($\bar{X}$ = 21.14) and There were at the excellent level 71.42 percent which not consistent with the hypothesis. The learning achievement on 'The Construction of Webpage by Text Editor' from learning management by Social Constructivist Theory in creativity aspect was the excellent level ($\bar{X}$ = 10.31) and all aspects of abilities were at the excellent levels. The learning achievement on 'The Construction of Webpage by Text Editor' in comprehension aspect after learning through learning management by social constructivist Theory was higher at the statistically significant level .05 2\. The students' opinion towards the construction of Webpage through learning management by Social Constructivist Theory in the overall was at the excellent level ($\bar{X}$ = 4.41) and all aspects of opinion were at the excellent level.
