การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพระยะสั้น 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพระะยะสั้น และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ระหว่างก่อนและหลังจากการเรียน โดยใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพระยะสั้น เรื่อง การเลี้ยงไก่ไข่อินทรีย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนสัตหีบวิทยาคม อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 20 คน ที่ได้ มาจากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพระยะสั้น เรื่อง การเลี้ยงไก่ไข้อินทรีย์ 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง การเลี้ยงไก่ไข่อินทรีย์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ปีที่ 3 มี 4 หน่วย 7 แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ระยะเวลา 12 ชั่วโมง และ 3) แบบประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการ เรียน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระยะเวลา 6 เดือน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยวิธี t-test for Dependent Samples ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพระยะสั้น เรื่อง การเลี้ยงไก่ไข่อินทรีย์มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.52/84.25 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 อยู่ในระดับดี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80.52 และ 3) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพระยะสั้น เรื่อง การเลี้ยงไก่ไข่อินทรีย์สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this study were 1) to study an efficiency of a short-course vocational training curriculum; 2) to determine students' learning achievement by using a short-course vocational training curriculum; and 3) to compare the students' learning achievement learning through the short-course vocational training curriculum on organic chicken raising. The samples consisted of 20 Mathayomsuksa 3 students from Sattahip Wittayakhom School at Sattahip District in Chonburi Province. The instruments were 1) the short-course vocational training curriculum; 2) 7 lesson plans on organic chicken raising for Mathayomsuksa 3 students that was developed within 4 units of learning for 12 hours; and 3) the learning achievement test on the short-course vocational training curriculum. This study was conducted 6 months. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and Dependent Samples t-test for hypothesis testing. The finding revealed that 1) the efficiency of the short-course vocational training curriculum on organic chicken raising for Mathayomsuksa 3 students was 80.52%/84.25; 2) the Mathayomsuksa 3 students' learning achievement was at a good level (80.52%); and 3) the students' learning achievement learning through the short-course vocational training curriculum on organic chicken raising was higher than pre-test at .05 level of significance.
