การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านและเขียนสะกดคำ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 2) ศึกษาความสามารถในการอ่านสะกดคำ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยใช้แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านและเขียนสะกดคำ และ 3) ศึกษาความสามารถในการเขียนสะกดคำ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยใช้แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านและเขียนสะกดคำ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนเทศบาลท่าโขลง 1 ตำบลคลองสอง อำเภอคลองหลวง จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน จำนวนนักเรียน 35 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) โดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านและเขียนสะกดคำ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบประเมินความสามารถในการอ่านสะกดคำ แบบประเมินความสามารถในการเขียนสะกดคำ สกิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพของแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านและเขียนสะกดคำ สำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน คือ สูงกว่า 80/80 โดยมีค่า E₁/E₂ เท่ากับ 86.29/87.21 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ 2. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีความสามารถในการอ่านสะกดคำ หลังจากการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านและเขียนสะกดคำผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 มีค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 88.14 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับดี และเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ 3. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีความสามารถในการเขียนสะกดคำ หลังจากการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านและเขียนสะกดคำผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 มีค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 86.28 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับดี และเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
The purposes of the study were 1) to create the reading and spelling exercise for Prathomsuaksa 1 Students 2) to study on the reading and spelling for Prathomsuaksa 1 students using reading and spelling exercise 3) to study on the spelling ability for Prathomsuaksa 1 students using the reading and spelling exercise. The sample was a section of 35 Prathomsuaksa 1 students of Tessabanthaklong 1 school, Klong Song subdistrict, Klong Luang district in Pathumthani province by Simple Random Sampling. The instruments were the reading and spelling exercise, lesson plan, the reading and spelling assessment form and the spelling assessment form. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results found that 1\. The efficiency of reading and spelling exercise for Prathomsuaksa 1 students show that the efficiency is higher than the standard criterion of 80/80, $E_1/E_2 = 86.29/87.21$ based on the assumption. 2\. The Prathomsuaksa 1 students have the reading spelling ability after learning through reading and spelling exercise. The students pass 80 percent on the average of 88.14 which a good level based on the assumption. 3\.
