การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอทองผาภูมิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู อำเภอทองผาภูมิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 จำนวน 214 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอทองผาภูมิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 พบว่า มีคุณลักษณะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่พบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการปฏิบัติงานให้เกิดความก้าวหน้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง ที่เหลืออีก 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านการสื่อสารและการเป็นนักฟังที่ดี ด้านการมีความเชื่อว่าองค์กรเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่สำคัญหรือองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ด้านการเน้นคุณค่าของทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ด้านการใช้หลักการบริหารความเสี่ยง และด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ 2. การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอทองผาภูมิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 พบว่า มีการบริหารงานวิชาการ โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดลงมาตามลำดับ คือ ด้านการคัดเลือกหนังสือ แบบเรียนเพื่อใช้ในสถานศึกษา ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา ด้านการวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในและมาตรฐานการศึกษา ด้านการแนะแนว ด้านการส่งเสริมชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา ด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิชาการแก่บุคคล ครอบครัว องค์กร หน่วยงาน สถานประกอบการและสถาบันอื่นที่จัดการศึกษา ด้านการจัดทำระเบียบและแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับงานด้านวิชาการของสถานศึกษา ด้านการประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการกับสถานศึกษาและองค์กรอื่น ด้านการพัฒนาและใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลและดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาหรือการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น 3. คุณลักษณะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง มีความสัมพันธ์กับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were to study a relationship between transformational leadership characteristics and academic management of basic school administrators, Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples consisted 214 administrators and teachers. The instrument used for collecting data was a 5-rationg scale questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis composed of mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results were as follows 1. The transformational leadership characteristics of the school administrators was at a high level. Considering each aspect found one aspect continuance of operational progress was as the highest level, the other 5 aspects were at high level, as follows belief communication and being a good listener, the organization as a learning organization, the emphasis on the value of human resources, the application of risk management principles and the vision, respectively. 2. Academic management of the administrators was at a high level in every aspect, as follows the book selection for use in schools; the teaching and learning in schools; academic planning; the development of the learning process; the development of quality assurance systems and standards of education; the guidance; enhancing the academic community; the development of the school curriculum; the promotion and support to individuals, families, organizations, academic establishments and other institutions of education; the preparation of regulations and guidelines related to academic education; the collaboration in the development of educational institutions and other organizations, development and use of educational technologies; the development and encourage learning resource; the educational supervision; the evaluation and the transfer of learning; research to improve the quality of education in schools; and the development of significant local programs, respectively. 3. The relationship between transformational leadership characteristics and the school administrators academic management found positively correlation with statistically significant difference at .01 level.
