การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ จากนิทานและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนบ้านสดำ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 4กลุ่มทดลองที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนบ้านสดำ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 4 จำนวน 34 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษจากนิทาน และแบบทดสอบความสามารถในการอ่าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละหาค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษจากนิทานที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 80.18/ 84.26 แสดงว่าแบบฝึกที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 2. ความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียน ภายหลังการใช้แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษจากนิทานสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purpose of this study was to develop the reading English skill exercises from the fables for students in Pratomsuksa 6 of BanSadam school under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4. The experimental group consisted 34 Pratomsuksa 4 students in BanSadam school under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4. The study instruments composed of the reading English skill exercises and reading ability test. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean ( ), Standard Deviation (S.D.), and t-test. The findings were as follows 1. The reading English skill exercises had an efficiency of 80.18/84.26 which was corresponding with 80/80 provided criterion. 2. The students’ reading ability after learning through the reading English skill exercises was higher than before learning at .05 level of significance.
