การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรสถานศึกษากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ช่วงชั้นที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2553 โรงเรียนวัดโพธิ์น้อย โดยใช้การประเมินแบบซิปป์ ใน 4 ด้าน คือ บริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย คณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรและครูผู้สอนรายวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ช่วงชั้นที่ 3 จำนวน 15 คน และผู้เรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 3 ซึ่งได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิโดยใช้ระดับชั้นเรียนเป็นชั้นภูมิจำนวน 156 คน รวมทั้งหมดจำนวน 176 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์ การศึกษาเอกสาร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลักสูตรมีผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมาก ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินในด้านต่างๆ ได้แก่ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ในด้านคุณวุฒิของครู ความสามารถในการสอนและจรรยาบรรณในวิชาชีพครู ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการดำเนินการ และด้านกระบวนการ ส่วนด้านผลผลิต ด้านการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์ เขียนสื่อความและด้านคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน แต่ด้านผลการเรียนรู้ ไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the 3rd level School Science curriculum of the academic year 2553 at Wat Pho Noi School by using the CIPP Evaluation Model in four aspects context, input, process, and product. The samples included 176 persons 5 curriculum experts; 15 curriculum administration committee members and the third level science teachers; and 156 third level students. These students were randomly selected by stratified random sampling technique. The data were gathered through questionnaires, interviews, and documentations. The collected data were analyzed by percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis. The findings were as follows The result met a highly appropriate level, pass the evaluation criteria for the context, input evaluation, teacher qualifications, practice teacher ethics, facility provision met the evaluation criteria. It is the same for the process evaluation for the curriculum output, the study showed that students successfully passed the evaluation on reading, analysis thinking, writing, and aptitudes, but not meet the evaluation criteria on Science achievement.
