การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ของโรงเรียนวัดบางพลีใหญ่กลาง ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6/1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2555 โรงเรียนวัดบางพลี-ใหญ่กลาง จำนวน 39 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ, แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t-test ผลการวิจัยปรากฏผล ดังนี้ 1. ประสิทธิภาพของแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ เท่ากับ 87.51/85.64 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 2. คะแนนเฉลี่ยผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังการฝึกทักษะสูงกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนฝึกทักษะอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were to develop English reading skill activities based on 80/80 criterion, and to compare English reading skill before and after learning with the English reading skill activities. The subjects were 39 6/1 students in the second semester of an academic year 2012 at Watbangkokyaiklang School. They were selected through the purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were English reading skill activities, lesson plans, an achievement test. The statistics used in data analysis are mean percentage, Standard Deviation, and t- test. Results of this research were as follows. 1. The English reading skill activities had an efficiency of 87.51/85.54 which corresponds with 80/80 provided criterion. 2. The students’ mean score after learning through the English reading skill activities was higher than before learning at .05 level of significance.
