การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาความมีวินัยในตนเองด้วยกิจกรรมการจัดเก็บของเล่น ประชากร คือ เด็กปฐมวัย ชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนวัดบางพลีใหญ่กลาง ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน มี 22 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) กิจกรรมการจัดเก็บของเล่น โดยการสร้างแรงจูงใจด้วยนิทาน เพื่อนำไปสู่การสร้างข้อตกลงในการเก็บของเล่น และ 2) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมความมีวินัยในตนเอง ขณะจัดเก็บของเล่น ใช้สำหรับสังเกตพฤติกรรมในขณะที่เด็กจัดเก็บของเล่น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เด็กปฐมวัยชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนวัดบางพลีใหญ่กลาง มีวินัยในตนเองเพิ่มมากขึ้นตลอด 4 สัปดาห์ จากร้อยละ 59.36, 72.55, 80.77 และ 86.05 ตามลำดับ จะเห็นได้ว่าการนำหลักการของแรงจูงใจมาใช้ จึงมีผลให้ค่าร้อยละของความก้าวหน้าในพฤติกรรมเป็นไปได้ในลักษณะเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง
The objective of this research was to develop self-disciplinary by using the activity of toys collection. The samples included 22 students, room 2/1, Kindergarten 2 at Watbangpleeyaiklang school in 2nd semester of 2012 academic year. Tools used in this research were 1) toys collection activity as motivated by story-telling in order to build commitment for toys collection, and 2) self-disciplinary behavior during toys collecting of child observation form in order to observe behavior while the child was collecting toys. Result of the research was found that The Kindergartener 2 in room 2/1 at Watbangpleeyaiklang school had better self-disciplinary throughout 4 weeks, from 59.36%, 75.55%, 80.77% and 86.05%, respectively. For result of this research, it could be criticized on the application of motivation principles that resulting the percentage of behavior progression was constantly increased.
