การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมค่ายคุณธรรมของโรงเรียนวัดมงคลโคธาวาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 โดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมินของ สตัฟเฟิลบีม (Stufflebeam’s CIPP Model) ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหาร 4 คน คณะกรรมการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรม 7 คน นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 และคณะกรรมการนักเรียนชมรม ทู บี นัมเบอร์วัน 232 คน เครื่องมือในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การสนทนากลุ่ม แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ด้านบริบท ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรม เห็นว่า บริบทของการจัดกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรมของโรงเรียนวัดมงคลโคธาวาส โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก รายการที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ วัตถุประสงค์ของกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรมมีความสอดคล้องกับคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ วิสัยทัศน์ นโยบายของโรงเรียน และความเหมาะสมของหลักการและเหตุผลของกิจกรรม 2. ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ผู้บริหาร คณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน และนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรม เห็นว่า ปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของการจัดกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรม โดยรวมเหมาะสมในระดับมาก รายการที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ความเชี่ยวชาญของวิทยากร สถานที่ในการจัดกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรม และระยะเวลาในการจัดกิจกรรม 3. ด้านกระบวนการ ผู้บริหาร คณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน และนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรม เห็นว่า กระบวนการของการจัดกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรม โดยรวมเหมาะสมในระดับมาก รายการที่เหมาะสมมากที่สุด ได้แก่ กิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนได้ลงมือปฏิบัติในแต่ละกิจกรรมอย่างแท้จริง มีการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติของนักเรียนทุกกิจกรรม และมีการประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรมครอบคลุมทุกด้าน 4. ด้านผลผลิต ผู้บริหาร คณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน และนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรม เห็นว่า หลังจากเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาคุณธรรม นักเรียนมีระเบียบวินัย มีความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและส่วนรวมมากขึ้น นักเรียนเชื่อฟังให้ความร่วมมือในทุกกิจกรรม นักเรียนปรับตัวในการอยู่ร่วมกับคนอื่นได้ นักเรียนแสดงบทบาทภาวะผู้นำ ผู้ตามได้ และนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ผ่านเกณฑ์การทดสอบภาคทฤษฎี และเห็นว่าสมควรจัดกิจกรรมนี้ต่อไป
This study aimed to assess the Moral Development Camp Activities of Watmongkolkatawas School by implementing Stufflebeam's CIPP model. The population in the study composed of 4 administrators, 7 Camp committee staff, 232 students in Prathom 6 and To Be Number One Student Club. The data were collected by using a questionnaire, focus group discussion, a test, and an observation form and were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results are summarized as follows 1. Context The administrator and the committee staff of Moral Development Camp Activities agreed at a high level that the overall camp activity organization was appropriate. Mostly agreed were the congruence of the purposes of the camp activities with desirable features of the students, vision and policies of the school, and the appropriateness of the principles and rationale of the activities. 2. Input The administrator, the committee, and the students attended the Moral Development Camp agreed at a high level that the inputs in general were appropriate. The most three appropriate items included the expertise of the trainers, the training place, and the duration of the activities. 3. Process The administrator, the committee, and the students agreed at a high level that the procedures of the camp activity organization were appropriate, especially students’ actual performance in each activity, evaluation of each activity performance, and the comprehensiveness of the evaluation which covered all aspects of moral development camp activities. 4. Product The administrator, the committee, and the students agreed at a high level that after attending the camp, students improved their performance relating to discipline and the responsibility, both for their own self development and for the general public. Students cooperated in all activities and adjusted themselves to live with others. Moreover, students demonstrated more appropriate roles of leaders and followers. Most of them also passed the comprehension test.
