การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาแนวการจัดกิจกรรมศิลปสร้างสรรค์ สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยในกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูปฐมวัยในกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 47 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .79 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวการจัดกิจกรรมศิลปสร้างสรรค์ สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยในกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ= 3.77) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านบทบาทครู (µ=3.79) ด้านการจัดกิจกรรม (µ= 3.78) และด้านเทคนิคการสอนศิลปะ (µ= 3.76)
The purposes of this research were to study the guidelines for management of creative art activities for early childhood children in School Network for Educational Development Region 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. The populations were 47 early childhood teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .79 confident. Statistics used for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Findings revealed that; Overall the guidelines for management of creative art activities for early childhood children in School Network for Educational Development Region 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a high level (µ= 3.77). Considering on each aspect, it was found that there were 3 aspects that had high level of opinion, ranging from high average to low average teacher roles (µ= 3.79), activity management (µ= 3.78), and technique of art teaching (µ= 3.76), respectively.
