การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 7 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ครูในกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 7 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 115 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .72 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 7 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 3.94) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 4 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านเจตคติต่อการมีส่วนร่วม (µ = 3.98) ด้านบรรยากาศองค์กร (µ = 3.96) ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร (µ = 3.94) และด้านแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน (µ = 3.90)
The purposes of this research were to study the participation of teachers in educational quality assurance in School Network for Educational Development Region 7 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. The populations were 115 teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 7 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under 72 confident. Statistics used for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Findings revealed that; Overall the participation of teachers in educational quality assurance in School Network for Educational Development Region 7 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a high level (µ= 3.94). Considering on each aspect, it was found that there were 4 aspects that had high level of opinion, ranging from high average to low average attitude in participation (µ= 3.98), organization atmosphere (µ= 3.96), communication (µ= 3.94), and work motivation (µ= 3.90), respectively.
