การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินการช่วยเหลือป้องกันและส่งเสริมนักเรียนที่มีผลการเรียนต่ำในโรงเรียนศรีเมืองวิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ในโรงเรียนศรีเมืองวิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 จำนวน 80 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .88 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการดำเนินการช่วยเหลือป้องกันและส่งเสริมนักเรียนที่มีผลการเรียนต่ำในโรงเรียนศรีเมืองวิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 3.89) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านองค์ประกอบที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียน (µ = 3.99) ด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียน (µ = 3.90) และด้านปัจจัยที่ช่วยส่งเสริมนักเรียนที่มีผลการเรียนต่ำ (µ = 3.79)
The purpose of this research aimed to study the conditions of operation in prevention and support of students with low grade point average in Srimuang Witthayakharn school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 29. The population included 80 grade 9 students in Srimuang Witthayakharn school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 29. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .88 confident. Statistics used for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Findings revealed that; Overall, the conditions of operation in prevention and support of students with low grade point average in Srimuang Witthayakharn school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 29 was at a high level (µ= 3.89). Considering on each aspect, it was found that all 3 aspects that had high level of opinion the elements affecting learning (µ= 3.99), learning behavior (µ= 3.90), and the factors supporting students with low grade point average (µ= 3.79), respectively.
