การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนบ้านโนนคูณ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 1 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 (ขยายโอกาส) ในโรงเรียนบ้านโนนคูณ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 1 จำนวน 123 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .75 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แรงจูงใจที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนบ้านโนนคูณ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 1 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านเจตคติที่มีต่อวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ ด้านแรงจูงใจในการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ และด้านส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้
The purpose of this research was to study the motivation toward Mathematics instructional management in Ban Non Khun school under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 1. The population included were 123 grade 7-9 students (expansion) in Ban Non Khun school under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 1. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .75 confident. Statistics used for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Findings revealed that; Overall the motivation toward Mathematics instructional management in Ban Non Khun school under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at a high level. Considering on each aspect, it was found that all 3 aspects were at high level, ranging from high to low average attitude towards Mathematics, motivation in Mathematics learning, and learning promotion, respectively.
