การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ เรื่องการคูณทศนิยมสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 และ 2) หาค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลของแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะเรื่องการคูณทศนิยม สาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนที่ได้ประยุกต์ใช้แบบแผนการศึกษา ทดลองเบื้องต้นแบบที่มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มเดียว และมีการทดสอบก่อนและหลังการเรียน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนบ้านไม้แก่น จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำนวน 18 คน ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2555 ระยะเวลาในการวิจัย คือ เดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2555 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ แบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ 1) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ แบบฝึกทักษะที่ใช้ควบคู่กับแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เรื่อง การคูณทศนิยม จำนวน 13 แผน และ 2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์โดยการนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ ตีความ สรุป และรายงานผลในลักษณะบรรยาย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) ส่วนเบี่ยงแบนมาตรฐาน () และร้อยละ (%) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ เรื่อง การคูณทศนิยม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 80.71/80.19 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ 2. ค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนบ้านไม้แก่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 จากการสอนโดยใช้แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ เรื่องการคูณทศนิยม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ได้เท่ากับ 0.70924 หรือคิดเป็น ร้อยละ 70.92
The purposes of this study were; 1) to develop supplementary skill drills on Decimal Multiplication in Mathematic Contextual course for Prathomsueksa 6 students, which had an efficiency according to 80/80 criterion, and 2) to find the effective index of supplementary skill drills on Decimal Multiplication in Mathematic Contextual Course for Prathomsueksa 6 students. This is an action research that applied basic experimental form of a single sampling group. Pre-test and posttest had been administered. The population in this study were 18 Prathom 6 students in an academic year of 2012 at Banmaikaen school, Srisaket Province. The research was taken place on December 2012. Instruments in the study consisted of 2 categories; 1) skill drills used in learning management in complied with experimental instruments 13 learning management plans in Mathematic Contextual course for Prathomsueksa 6 students on Decimal Multiplication, and 2) instruments used in collecting data an achievement test. Data were analyzed by qualitative process. The data had been analyzed, defined, concluded, and reported in the form of descriptive. The quantitative data were analyzed by using basic statistics mean (µ), Standard Deviation (), and percentage (%). Findings 1. The supplementary skill drills on Decimal Multiplication for Prathomsueksa 6 student earned the efficiency of 80.7/80.19, which corresponded with 80/80 provided criterion. 2. The effective index of learning results of Prathomsueksa 6 student by using supplementary skill drills on Decimal Multiplication, Banmaikaen school, Srisaket Primary Educational Service area office 3, was equal to 0.70924 (70.92%).
