การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือ ข่ายเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูในโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือข่ายเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 2 จำนวน 65 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .75 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการดำเนินงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือข่ายเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (µ= 3.37) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3 ด้านและมาก 1 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา (µ= 3.44) ด้านการแนะแนวการศึกษา (µ= 3.39) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน (µ= 3.35) และด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา (µ= 3.32)
The purposes of this research were to study the conditions of academic operation in School Network for Educational Development Region 6 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2. The populations were 65 teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 6 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .75 confident. Statistics used for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Findings revealed that; Overall the conditions of academic operation in School Network for Educational Development Region 6 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at a moderate level (µ= 3.37). Considering on each aspect, it was found that there were 3 aspects that had moderate level of opinion and there was 1 aspect that had high level of opinion, ranging from high average to low average school curriculum development (µ= 3.34), educational guidance (µ= 3.39), instructional management (µ= 3.35), and educational quality assurance (µ= 3.32), respectively.
