การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย ดังนี้ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียนรู้เรื่องมาตราตัวสะกด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่องมาตราตัวสะกด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้ 3) ศึกษาเจตคติของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้ เรื่องมาตราตัวสะกด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนคุรุราษฎร์สามัคคี ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2555 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ชุดการเรียนรู้เรื่องมาตราตัวสะกด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 2 ชุด แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบทดสอบวัดเจตคติต่อการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) ร้อยละ (percentage) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และสถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ชุดประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง มาตราตัวสะกด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 มีประสิทธิภาพ 85.19/83.92 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังการทดลองใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้ เรื่องมาตราตัวสะกด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3. เจตคติของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้ เรื่องมาตราตัวสะกด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีเจตคติในระดับเห็นด้วยต่อการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้
The objectives of this research were 1) to develop and find out an efficiency of the learning package on find consonant section for Pratommasuksa 3 students according to 80/80 criterion, 2) to compare their learning achievement before and after using the package, and 3) to study their attitude on learning the package. The experimental group included 30 Pratommasuksa 3 students of Krururathsamakkee school in second semester of academic year 2013, the Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Tools used in the study are 2 sets of learning package on final consonant section, achievement tests, and attitude test. The statistics used in data analysis are E1/E2, mean, percentage, Standard Deviation, and t-test. The results of this research revealed as the followings 1. The efficiency of the learning packages on final consonant section was 85.20/83.92. 2. The students’ learning achievements after experimental learning packages on final consonant section were significant higher than before learning at a .05 level. 3. The students had their positive attitude with learning through the learning packages.
