การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านและการเขียนสะกดคำภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 และเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการอ่านและการเขียนสะกดคำภาษาไทยของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยแบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านและการเขียนสะกดคำภาษาไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 โรงเรียนบ้านนากระตึบ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 จำนวน 20 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) โดยการจับฉลาก 1 ห้องเรียน ใช้ Pre-test-Posttest Design เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบฝึกทักษะ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติทดสอบ Nonparametric
The purposes of this research were to develop Thai reading and spelling practice for Prathomsuksa 3 students according to 80/80 criterion, and to compare the students’ ability in Prathomsuksa 3 before and after practice. Samples were 20 students in Prathomsuksa 3, the Bannakatup school under the Roi-et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, in the 1st semester of 2013 academic year, selected by simple random sampling technique. The research design was pretest-posttest design. The instruments were plan, practice form, and an achievement test. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean ( ), Standard Deviation (S.D.), and t-test.
