การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษตามหลักสูตรการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตอำเภอพนมไพรและอำเภออาจสามารถ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพและปัญหา 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อการสอนและแหล่งการเรียนรู้ และด้านการวัดผลประเมินผล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
The purposes of this research were to study conditions and problems on the teaching management of English teachers based on the basic education core curriculum B.E. 2551 (A.D. 2008) at secondary education level in Phanomphrai and Atsamat districts under the office of Secondary Educational Service Area 27. Samples were 40 English teachers of secondary education level. Questionnaire was used as a research tool, contained 4 aspects on conditions and problems curriculum, teaching activity management, teaching media and learning place, and evaluation. Software package used on data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation.
