การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการส่งเสริมความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์และการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญในโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ 16 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 147 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 108 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .904 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) และค่าที (t-test)
The purposes of this research were to study and compare teachers’ opinion on promotion of creative thinking and child-centered learning management of school in school network for educational development region 16 under the office of Roi-et Primary Educational Service Area 2, classified by personnel factors gender, age, and education level. Samples were 108 teachers. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .904 confidence. Software package used on data analysis and hypothesis test included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
