การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย ในการทํางานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท ฟอร์ท อีเอ็มเอส จํากัด มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรม ความปลอดภัยในการทํางานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท ฟอร์ท อีเอ็มเอส จํากัด 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทํางานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท ฟอร์ท อีเอ็มเอส จํากัด จําแนก ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และ ประสบการณ์การทํางาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ในงานวิจัย คือ พนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท ฟอร์ท อีเอ็มเอส จํากัด จํานวน 132 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ เก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสําหรับอธิบายข้อมูลทั่วไปส่วนบุคคลของ พนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท ฟอร์ท อีเอ็มเอส จํากัด สถิตที่ใช้ คือ ความถี่ (Frequency), ค่าร้อยละ (Pencentage), ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสําหรับทดสอบผลสมมติฐานเพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทํางาน จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทํางาน สถิติที่ใช้ คือ การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ในกรณีตัวแปรต้นสองกลุ่ม และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ในกรณีตัวแปรต้นตั้งแต่สามกลุ่มขึ้นไป I ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทํางานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท ฟอร์ท อีเอ็มเอส จํากัด ในภาพรวม ด้านเครื่องจักร เครื่องมือ และอุปกรณ์ในการทํางาน ด้านการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการทํางาน พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานการ เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทํางานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท ฟอร์ท อีเอ็มเอส จํากัด จําแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทํางาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research was quantitative research to study occupational safety behavior of production staff of Forth EMS Company Limited. Objectives of this study was 1) to study the occupational safety behavior of production staff of Forth EMS Company Limited. 2) to compare occupational safety behavior of Forth EMS Company Limited classified by personal factors are gender, age, education level and work experience. The sample used in this research was 132 production staff of Forth EMS Company Limited. The statistics used in data analysis for explaining general personal information of production staff of Forth EMS Company Limited. The statistics were frequency percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Statistics used to data analysis for testing hypothesis for compare occupational safety behavior of Forth EMS Company Limited classified by personal factors were genders, age, education level and work experience. Statistics were t-test in the case of two groups of primary variables and One-way ANOVA in the case of three or more initial variables. The results of this research found that occupational safety behavior of production staff of Forth EMS Company Limited in overall, Machine, tools and equipment in the work and occupational safety management, occupational health were at a highest level and working environment was at a high level. The results of the comparison hypothesis test occupational safety behavior of production staff of Forth EMS Company Limited classified by personal factors were genders, age, education level and work experience no different.
