งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรบริษัท พีทีอี อินเตอร์กรุ๊ป จํากัด และเพื่อศึกษาความสุขในการทํางาน ของบุคลากรบริษัท พีทีอี อินเตอร์กรุ๊ป จํากัด ประชากรเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย คือ บุคลากรในบริษัท พี ที อี อินเตอร์กรุ๊ป จํากัด จํานวน 104 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศหญิง ร้อยละ 79.80 ส่วนใหญ่มี อายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.60 ระดับการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 77.90 สถานภาพส่วนใหญ่ คือ แต่งงานแล้ว คิดเป็นร้อยละ 58.70 ระยะเวลาในการทํางานส่วน ใหญ่อยู่ระหว่าง 2-3 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 43.30 บุคลากรมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจในการ ปฏิบัติงานภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลําดับ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านความรับผิดชอบ และด้านการปกครอง บังคับบัญชา 2) ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา 3) ด้านความก้าวหน้า 4) ด้านสภาพการทํางาน 5) ด้านความสําเร็จในการทํางาน ด้านนโยบายและการบริหาร และด้านชีวิตส่วนตัว 6) ด้านการได้รับ การยอมรับนับถือ และด้านสถานะของอาชีพ 7) ด้านลักษณะของงาน และด้านความมั่นคงในงาน 8) ด้านเงินเดือน และ 9) ด้านโอกาสที่จะได้รับความก้าวหน้าในอนาคต และความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความสุข ในการทํางานภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลําดับ ได้ดังนี้ ลําดับที่ 1) ด้านความกระตือรือร้นใน การทํางาน 2) ด้านความพึงพอใจในการทํางาน และ 3) ด้านความรื่นรมย์ในการทํางาน
The objectives of this research were 1) to study job satisfaction of personnel in PTE Intergroup Company Limited, 2) to study the happiness at work in PTE Intergroup Company Limited. The target population used in the research was 104 personnel in PTE Intergroup Company Limited. The data collection was questionnaires. The statistics of data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and Standard Deviation. The results of the study showed that 79.8 percent of the respondents were female. The most are aged between 21-30 years, accounting for 59.6 percent. Most of the education level is at Bachelor's degree, accounting for 77.9 percent. Most of the status is married, accounting for 58.7 percent. The duration of the service most workers are between 2-3 years, accounting for 43.3 percent. The personnel opinions about job satisfaction were at high level, in order including: 1) responsibility and administrative and supervision, 2) the interpersonal relation, 3) the advancement 4) the working conditions, 5) the achievement, company policy, and administration and personal life, 6) recognition and the status of the profession, 7) the work itself and job security, 8) salary and 9) the possibility to growth aspects and the opinions about the happiness at work in overall was at a high level, in order as follows: 1) the enthusiastic for work, 2) job satisfaction and 3) the work enjoyment aspect.
