การวิจัยเรื่องรูปแบบการโฆษณาบนสื่อออนไลน์และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจซื้อ ครีมบํารุงผิวหน้าของเจเนอเรชั่นซี มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อครีมบํารุง ผิวหน้าของเจเนอเรชั่นซี และ 2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการโฆษณาบนสื่อออนไลน์ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อครีมบํารุง ผิวหน้าเจเนอเรชั่นซี การวิจัยชิ้นนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงสํารวจ ส่วนประชากรที่ใช้ในการ วิจัยคือเจเนอเรชั่นซีจํานวน 10,800,177 คน โดยมีขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น แบบสอบถาม โดยสถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงบรรยายและสถิติวิเคราะห์ผลเชิงอนุมาน และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ Pearson's Correlation Coefficient โดยผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดของครีมบํารุงผิวหน้า มีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกต่อรูปแบบการโฆษณาบนสื่อออนไลน์ในการซื้อซ้ำและ 2) รูปแบบการโฆษณาในสื่อ ออนไลน์มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีการตัดสินใจสูงสุด ได้แก่เครื่องมือค้นหา รองลงมาคือ โซเชียล มีเดีย และมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจอยู่ในระดับมากได้แก่วิดีโอ แบนเนอร์ และอีเมล ตามลําดับ อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05
This research on Online advertising formats and factors positively related purchase decision for facial cream of Generation Z aims to: 1) to examine the factors that affect the purchasing decisions of Generation Z for facial cream, and 2) to study the types of online advertisements that positive related the decision-making process for purchasing facial cream. This study employs a quantitative research approach using a survey methodology. The target population consists of 10,800,177 individuals from Generation Z, with a sample size of 400 respondents. The research tool used is a questionnaire, and the statistical methods employed include descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient to test relationships. The research findings are as follows: 1) The marketing mix factors for facial cream have a positive correlation with the influence of online advertising formats on repeat purchases of facial cream. (2) Online advertising formats have the highest impact on purchasing decisions, with search engines being the most influential, followed by social media. Additionally, video, banners, and email have a significant impact at a high level, respectively, with a statistical significance level of .05.
