การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมการทํางานเป็นทีมในโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการส่งเสริมการทํางานเป็นทีมในโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูใน สถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร จํานวนทั้งสิ้น 240 คน กําหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเทียบจาก ตาราง เครจซี และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan 1970: 608) แล้วทําการสุ่มตัวอย่างสัดส่วนแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Proportional Stratified Random Sampling) และใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม เป็นข้อคําถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ และ ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (r) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) การส่งเสริมการทํางานเป็นทีมในโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการส่งเสริมการ ทํางานเป็นทีมในโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the roles of school administrators under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok. 2) to study the promotion of teamwork in schools under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok and 3) to study the relationship between the role of school administrators and the promotion of teamwork in schools under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok. The samples were 240 school administrators and teachers in schools under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan. The sample group was determined by comparing with the Krejcie; & Morgan table (Krejcie; & Morgan. 1970: 608) and used proportional stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The tools used to collect data was a questionnaire 5-level rating scale question with the Item reliability of .87. The statistics for data analysis were percentage (%), mean (X), Standard deviation (S.D.) and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r). The research findings were as follows: 1) The roles of school administrators under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan in overall were at the highest level. 2) The promoting teamwork in schools under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan in overall was at the highest level. And 3) The roles of school administrators were positively related to promote teamwork in schools under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan with the statistical significance of .01 level.
