การวิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียน เขตอําเภอธัญบุรี สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 231 คน โดย กําหนดจากตาราง เครจซี และ มอร์แกน (1670) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณ ค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.8-1 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.976 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรม คอมพิวเตอร์สําเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson's Product Moment Correlation) การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ปัจจัยทางการบริหาร ภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด 7 ด้าน และอยู่ในระดับมาก 1 ด้าน เรียงตามลําดับจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 ลําดับ ดังนี้ ด้านบรรยากาศและ วัฒนธรรมองค์การ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ และด้านโครงสร้างองค์การ ตามลําดับ 2. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียน ภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 1 ด้าน และอยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลําดับจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 ลําดับ ดังนี้ งานบริหาร ทั่วไป รองลงมาคือ งานบริหารงานบุคคล และงานบริหารงบประมาณ ตามลําดับ 3. ปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียน เขตอําเภอธัญบุรี สังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียนโดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมี นัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 4. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียน เขตอําเภอธัญบุรี สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
Research on Management Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of School Administration in Thanyaburi District, under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Zone 2. This research aimed to study the administrative factors influencing the effectiveness of school management in Thanyaburi District under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2. The sample group consisted of school administrators and teachers from the same educational service area, with a total of 231 participants. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan's table (1670). The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, with a content validity index ranging from 0.8 to 1 and a reliability coefficient of 0.976. Data were analyzed using statistical software, applying statistical methods such as percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. Management Factors: The overall score and the individual aspects were at a high level When considering each aspect, 7 aspects were rated the highest, and 1 aspect was rated high. The top three aspects in descending order are: organizational atmosphere and culture followed by management and organizational structure. 2. School Administration Effectiveness: The overall score and the individual aspects were at a high level When considering each aspect, 1 aspect was rated the highest, and 3 aspects were rated high. The top three aspects in descending order are: general administration followed by personnel management and budget management. 3. Influence of Management Factors on School Administration Effectiveness: The overall school administration effectiveness significantly differs at the .01 level. 4. Relationship Between Management Factors and School Administration Effectiveness: The relationship was found to be significantly positive at the .01 level.
