การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 จําแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การ ทํางาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูที่อยู่ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ปทุมธานี เขต 2 จํานวน 293 คน กําหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางกําหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ เครจซี และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan, 1970: 608) จากนั้น ทําการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) โดย ใช้ขนาดโรงเรียนเป็นชั้นภูมิและใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่ายแบบสัดส่วน (Proportional Simple Random Sampling) แบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มี 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที่ สถิติทดสอบเอฟ และการทดสอบความ แตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสถานศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 จําแนกตาม ระดับการศึกษา พบว่าโดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน และ เมื่อจําแนกตามประสบการณ์การทํางาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน พบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ
This study aimed to: 1) examine the internal quality assurance management in educational institutions under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2, and 2) compare the internal quality assurance management in educational institutions under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2, categorized by education level, work experience, and school size. The sample consisted of 293 teachers from schools under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's (1970: 608) table, and stratified random sampling was employed, using school size as the stratum. Proportional simple random sampling was then applied. 1. Internal quality assurance management in educational institutions under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2 had been generally rated at a high level. Regarding specific aspects, the highest average rating had been found in the implementation of the educational development plan according to the opinions of the teachers, with an emphasis on the digital intelligence of school administrators. 2. The results of the comparisons of the management of internal quality assurance in educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Pathum Thani Primary Education Area Office 2, classified by education level, showed that overall and by aspect, there were no significant difference. However, when classified by work experience and school size, there were significant statistical differences overall and by aspect.
