บทความวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สหวิทยาเขตปิ่นมาลาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระแก้ว 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตปั่นมาลาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สระแก้ว และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตปิ่นมาลาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระแก้ว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูในโรงเรียน กลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตปิ่นมาลาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระแก้ว จํานวน 186 คน โดยใช้ตารางการ กําหนด ขนาดของ เครจซี และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970) ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ (Stratified random sampling) จากนั้นดําเนินการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็น แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของครูในโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขต ปิ่นมาลา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระแก้ว อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและ 2) การเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของครูในโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตปิ่นมาลาสังกัดสํานักงานเขต พื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระแก้ว จําแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทํางาน ขนาดโรงเรียนมีคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aims to: 1) study the professional characteristics of school administrators in the Phin mala consortium network, under the secondary educational service area office Sa Kaeo; 2) compare the professional characteristics of school administrators in the Pinmala Cluster of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Sa Kaeo; and 3) explore the development approaches for enhancing the professional characteristics of school administrators in the Pinmala Cluster of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Sa Kaeo. The sample group for this research consists of teachers from schools within the Pinmala Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Sa Kaeo, with a total of [number] participants. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The statistical methods employed for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and test and Catentanalpis. The research findings revealed that: 1) The professional characteristics of school administrators in the Pinmala Cluster of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Sa Kaeo, as perceived by the teachers, were at the highest level; and 2) When comparing the professional characteristics of school administrators in the Pinmala Cluster of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Sa Kaeo, based on factors such as educational level, work experience, and school size, there were no significant differences in the professional characteristics of the administrators.
