การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารความปลอดภัยในสถานศึกษากลุ่มนิคมพัฒนา สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 และเปรียบเทียบการบริหารความปลอดภัยในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยการกําหนด กลุ่มตัวอย่างของ เครจซี และ มอร์แกน (Krejcei; & Morgan) สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยใช้วิธีการเทียบสัดส่วนขนาดโรงเรียนในกลุ่มนิคมพัฒนา ซึ่งเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.6-1 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .88 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การบริหารความปลอดภัยในสถานศึกษากลุ่มนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมและการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ย สูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมและด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ การบริการความปลอดภัย รองมาคือ ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมและด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ การบริการความปลอดภัย 2. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารความปลอดภัยในสถานศึกษากลุ่มนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การ ศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จําแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทํางานและขนาดสถานศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study the security administration in schools of Nikompattana Group under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and compare the Security Administration In Schools Of Nikompattana Group under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1The sample group was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan sample size table and stratified random sampling, with a proportional comparison method based on the size of schools in the Nikhomphatthana school group under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Data was collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The Index of Item -Objective Congruence (IOC) ranged from 0.6 to 1 and the reliability coefficient was 0.88. Statistical used included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F test, and One-way ANOVA. The results of the research show that 1. The Security Administration in Schools of Nikompattana Group under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 are in overall high level. When considered on an individual aspect, it is at a high level in 4 areas, namely: Activity organization and teaching followed by Environmental management and Buildings and facilities. The lowest level is the Safety services. 2. The result of comparison analysis suggested that The Security Administration in Schools of Nikompattana Group under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender, age, education level, and work experience and school size were not different.
