การวิจัยเรื่องการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานีเขต 11) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของสถานศึกษาสังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล กับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ปทุมธานีเขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน จํานวน 321 คน เครื่องมือที่ ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ สําเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coeffient) การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) การบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเมื่อ พิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเรียงลําดับจากมากไปน้อย 3 ลําดับ มาก ที่สุด คือ หลักนิติธรรม รองลงมาคือด้านหลักความเสมอภาค และลําดับสุดท้าย การมีส่วนร่วมและการมุ่งเน้น ฉันทามติ 2) ประสิทธิผล ภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีการ ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเรียงลําดับจากมากไปน้อย มากที่สุดคือ ด้านงานบริหารวิชาการ รองลงมาคือ ด้าน งานบริหารงบประมาณ และลําดับสุดท้าย ด้านงานบริหารทั่วไปช 3) การบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลกับประสิทธิผล สถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานีเขต 1 มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกอยู่ใน ระดับสูง (ry = .949) อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ดีของประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 มีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยทั้ง 10 ด้าน ได้ ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ได้ ร้อยละ 95.40 ซึ่งสามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์

The statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coeffient, and multiple regression analysis. The research results could be summarized as follows 1. The administration according to the principles of good governance as a whole and in each aspect was at the highest level When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were implemented at the highest level, ranked from highest to lowest in 3 levels, the highest being the rule of law followed by the principle of equality and finally Participation and consensus focus. 2. The good predictive variables of the effectiveness of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Pathum Thani, have statistical significance at the .01 level. All 10 dimensions jointly predicted the effectiveness of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Pathum Thani by 95.40 %, and the predictive equation
