การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นําเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการดําเนินงานประกันภาพคุณภาพภายใน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ภาวะผู้นําเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดําเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 จํานวน 382 คน แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะแบบมาตรประมาณค่ามี 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นําเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. การดําเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นําเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดําเนินงาน ประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 มี ความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (r = .535) อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objective of this research were: 1) to study the level of 21st-century strategic leadership of school administrators under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1, 2) to study the level of internal quality assurance implementation in schools under the same office, and 3) to study the correlation between 21st-century strategic leadership of school administrators and the internal quality assurance implementation in schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample were 382 teachers in schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1. Research instrument was questionnaire with 5- level rating scale. The reliability of question was 0.99. Statistics use in data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1. The level of 21st-century strategic leadership of school administrators under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1 in overall and in all aspects were found to be at the highest level. 2. The level of internal quality assurance implementation in schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1 in overall and in all aspects were also found to be at the highest level. 3. There was a moderate positive correlation (ry = 0.535) between 21st-century strategic leadership of school administrators and the internal quality assurance implementation in schools, which was statistically significant at the .01 level.
