การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อ ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับ ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา จํานวน 302 คน กําหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามหลักการคํานวณของ ยามาเน่ และวิธีการสุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นและสุ่มแบบง่ายด้วยวิธีการจับฉลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product-moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ใน ระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (r = 0.651) กับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
This research aimed to 1) study the level of transformational leadership of school administrators, 2) study the level of effectiveness of educational institutions and 3) study the relationship between transformational leadership and effectiveness of educational institutions, totaling of 302 persons. The sample group was determined according to Yamane's calculation principle (Yamane. 1973) and multi stage random sampling by drawing lots was used. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product-moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of the research revealed that: 1) The transformational leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Prachinburi was at a high level 2) The effectiveness of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Prachinburi as a whole had the opinions at a high level. 3) The relationship between transformational leadership and the effectiveness of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Prachinburi was at a moderate level (rx,y = 0.651) in overall with statistical significance at the level of .01.
