การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในเขตอําเภอ วังน้อย สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยาเขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของ สถานศึกษาในเขตอําเภอวังน้อย สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยาเขต 1 และ 3) สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จํานวน 16 คน ครู จํานวน 197 คน รวม 213 คน กําหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี และ มอร์แกน และวิธีการสุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นและสุ่มแบบง่ายด้วยวิธีการจับฉลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สันเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานวิชาการกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในเขตอําเภอวังน้อย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในเขตอําเภอวังน้อย สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาใน เขตอําเภอวังน้อย สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยาเขต 1 โดยภาพรวมมีความ คิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) การบริหารงานวิชาการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูง (r = .784) กับ ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในเขตอําเภอวังน้อย สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
This research aimed to 1. Study the academic administration of educational institutions in the Wang Noi District under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1. 2. Examine the effectiveness of educational institutions in the Wang Noi District under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1. 3. Analyze the relationship between the academic administration and the effectiveness of educational institutions in the Wang Noi District under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample group consisted of 16 school administrators and 197 teachers, totaling of 213 individuals. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan Table with stratified and simple random sampling methods applied through drawing lots system. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistical methods used in this study included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The research revealed that: 1. The overall opinion regarding the academic administration of educational institutions in the Wang Noi District under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at a high level. 2. The overall opinion on the effectiveness of educational institutions in Wang Noi District under the Office of Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at a high level. 3. Academic administration of educational institutions in Wang Noi District under the Office of Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1 had a strong positive correlation coefficient at a high level (r = .784) with the effectiveness at the statistical significance level of .01.
