การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในเขตอําเภอ วังน้อย 2) เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในเขตอําเภอวังน้อย และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างการบริหารงานวิชาการกับคุณภาพผู้เรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูสังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 กําหนดจากตาราง เครจซี และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan. 1970) จํานวนทั้งสิ้น 213 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating Scale) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.980 และค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 0.6-1 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน 1. การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในเขตอําเภอวังน้อย สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด เรียงจากมากไป น้อยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน รองลงมาด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และค่าเฉลี่ย ต่ําสุดได้แก่ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลและดําเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียนตามลําดับ 2. คุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตอําเภอวังน้อย สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา พระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยมากสุด ได้แก่ ด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึง ประสงค์ของผู้เรียน รองลงมาด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการของผู้เรียน 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานวิชาการกับคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา ในเขตอําเภอวังน้อย สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง (r = .609) อย่างนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the academic administration of basic educational institutions in Wang Noi District, 2) to examine the quality of students in basic educational institutions in the Wang Noi District, and 3) to investigate the relationship between the academic administration and the students' quality. The sample group consisted of school administrators and teachers under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1, totaling 213 people, determined using Krejcie and Morgan's (1970) Table. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The reliability value was 0.980, and the index of consistency ranged from 0.6-1. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.) and Pearson'sCorrelation Coefficient. The research findings revealed that: 1. The academic administration of basic educational institutions in the Wang Noi District under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1 was found to be at a high to the highest level overall highest average and across all aspects. Ranked from the highest to the lowest, the aspects included teaching and learning management, curriculum development, assessment and evaluation, lowest average, and transfer of academic results respectively. 2. The quality of students in basic educational institutions in the Wang Noi District under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1 was found to be at a high level overall highest average and across all aspects. These aspects included desirable student attributes next and academic achievement. 3. The correlation coefficient between the academic administration and students' quality in educational institutions in the Wang Noi District under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 1 showed a positive correlation at a moderate level (r = .609), which was statistically significant at .01 level.
