การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงาน วิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน การวิจัย คือ ครูในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ ปีการศึกษา 2567 ซึ่งกําหนดขนาด ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรการคํานวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามหลักการคํานวณของตาราง เครจซี และ มอร์แกน ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเท่ากับ 331 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ และวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยวิธี จับฉลาก ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จํานวน 5 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน สถิติค่าที (t-test) สถิติค่าเอฟ (F-test) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อ พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ําสุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร สถานศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ครูที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทํางาน และขนาด สถานศึกษาที่ต่างกัน มีระดับความเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน 3) แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ ประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน 7 แนวทาง
This research aimed to 1) To study the academic administration of school administrators under Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. 2) To compare the levels of academic administration of school administrators under Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. 3) To study the guidelines for academic administration of school administrators under Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample group used in the research was the teachers under the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office, academic year 2024, which determined the sample size using the calculation formula according to the calculation principles of the Krejcie and Morgan Table. The sample size used in the research was 331 people by the method of stratified sampling (Stratified sampling) and the simple random method by drawing lots. (Lottery-based approach). Data providers consisted of 5 executives, selected through purposive sampling. The research tools were questionnaires and interviews. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and content analysis. The results revealed that: 1) Academic administration of educational institution administrators Under the jurisdiction of the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office Overall, the opinions were at a high level. When considering each aspect The area with the highest average is the development and use of technological media for education. There are opinions at a high level. Next is research to develop the quality of education. There are opinions at a high level. And the aspect with the lowest average is the development of educational institution curriculum. There are opinions at a high level. 2) Teachers with gender, age, education level Work experience and different sizes of educational institutions There is a level of opinion on the academic administration of educational institution administrators.
