การวิจัยครั้งนี้เรื่องปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสําเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษา มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสําเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสําเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสําเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษา และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัย ที่ส่งผลต่อความสําเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษา สํานักงานเขตบึงกุ่ม สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครู ในสถานศึกษาสํานักงานเขตบึงกุ่ม สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยกําหนดตาราง เครจซี และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan, 1970) จํานวนทั้งสิ้น 186 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.8-1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่า 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสําเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายปัจจัยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกปัจจัย โดยปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมา ปัจจัยด้านครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ส่วนปัจจัยด้านการบริหารการศึกษา ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ําที่สุด 2) ระดับ ความสําเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมา ด้านเพิ่มโอกาสทางการศึกษา ส่วนด้านการบริหาร สถานศึกษามีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ําที่สุด 3) ผลการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสําเร็จในการ บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรพยากรณ์แยกรายปัจจัย มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทุกปัจจัยและมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่า 0.477- 0.915 4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผล ต่อความสําเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่าปัจจัยที่มีส่วนร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสําเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 3 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยด้านสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านนักเรียนสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมสถานศึกษา ที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความสําเร็จในการบริหารสถานศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 88.60 สามาถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปแบบคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน
This research study on factors influencing the success of school management has the following objectives 1) study the level of factors affecting the success of school management. 2) study the level of success in school management. 3) study the relationship of factors influencing the success of school management and 4) examine the factors influencing the success of school management., The sample group consists of teachers from educational institutions under the Bueng Kum District Office, affiliated with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie; & Morgan (1970) table Totaling 186 participants. The research tool was a questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale, with an index of item-objective congruence ranging between 0.8-1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.95 The statistical methods used in the research included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis Research Findings: 1) Level of Factors Influencing the Success of School Management was high. Among these, the "school administrators" factor had the highest mean score, followed by the "teachers and educational personnel" factor. The "educational administration" factor had the lowest mean score. 2) Level of Success in School Management:The overall and individual aspects of school management success were rated high. The "community participation" aspect had the highest mean score, followed by "increasing educational opportunities," while the "school administration" aspect had the lowest mean score. 3) Correlation Coefficients of Factors Influencing: The correlation coefficients between predictive variables for each factor and school management success were found to be positively and statistically significant at the 0.01 level. The coefficients ranged from 0.477 to 0.915. 4) Factors Influencing the Success of School Management: The factors collectively predicting the success of school management were identified as: Factors related to the school, Factors related to the students, Factors related to school participation. These factors together explained 88.60% of the variance in school management success.
