ารวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกศึกษาต่อของนักศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชธานี ปีการศึกษา 2567 ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ การรับรู้โลกของอาชีพและการทํางาน ความคาดหวังของครอบครัว และชื่อเสียงสถาบันที่จะศึกษาต่อ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง นักศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชธานี ประจําปีการศึกษา 2567 จํานวน 104 คน จากประชากร 139 คน คํานวณขนาดตัวอย่างโดยวิธี ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นปี เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อ การเลือกเรียนคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชธานี สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกเรียนคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชธานีของนักศึกษาฯ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยการการรับรู้โลกของอาชีพและการทํางาน และความคาดหวังของครอบครัว อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ปัจจัย การทํานายด้านชื่อเสียงของสถาบันที่จะศึกษาต่อ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ ไม่มีผลต่อการ เลือกเรียนคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ นัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และปัจจัยทํานายด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ (X) การรับรู้ โลกของอาชีพและการทํางาน (X) ความคาดหวังของครอบครัว (X3) ชื่อเสียงของสถาบันที่จะศึกษาต่อ (X) สามารถ พยากรณ์การเลือกเรียนคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชธานี ได้ร้อยละ 70.1 โดยสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการ
This research aims to study "Factors affecting the choice of studying in the faculty of education Ratchathani University of students in the academic year 2024."
