การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างทักษะการบริหารของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สมุทรปราการ ปีการศึกษา 2567 จํานวน 335 คน กําหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเปิดตาราง เครจซี และ มอร์แกน โดยวิธีการ สุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ ตามขนาดสถานศึกษา และสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างสถานศึกษา โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ด้วยวิธีการจับฉลาก ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จํานวน 5 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่า ความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .980 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติค่าที่ (t-test) สถิติค่าเอฟ (f-test) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวม ระดับทักษะอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านความรู้ความคิด ระดับทักษะอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการศึกษาและการสอน ระดับทักษะ อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ําสุด คือ ด้านเทคนิค ระดับทักษะอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผู้บริหาร และครูที่มีเพศ ระดับการศึกษา ตําแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ทํางาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา มีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวม และรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) แนวทางการเสริมสร้างทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน 10 แนวทาง
This research aims 1) To study the administrative skills of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Samut Prakan. 2) To compare the administrative skills of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Samut Prakan. 3) To study the approaches for enhancing the administrative skills of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Samut Prakan. The sample group used in the research was 335 school administrators and teachers who were responsible for managing learning in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Samut Prakan, in the academic year 2024. The sample group was determined by opening the Krejcie and Morgan table, stratified random sampling was applied based on school size, and the sample schools were selected through simple random sampling using a lottery method. Additionally, the informants consist of 5 executives selected purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .980. The statistical methods employed in the study included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test, and content analysis. The results revealed that: 1) The overall administrative skills of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Samut Prakan were at a high level. When examining by domain, the highest average was in the knowledge and thinking domain, which was at the highest level of skill. The second highest was the education and teaching domain, which was also at a high level. The lowest average was in the technical domain, which was still at a high skill level. 2) Administrators and teachers, categorized by gender, educational level, position, work experience, and school size, have no differences in their overall and aspect-specific opinions on the administrative skills of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Samut Prakan. 3) Guidelines for enhancing the administrative skills of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Samut Prakan. There are five aspects and ten guidelines.
