การพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ Homework Lab มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการ เรียนรู้ผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม Facebook ภายใต้ชื่อ Homework Lab และ 2) ศึกษาความสามารถของระบบในการช่วยให้ นักเรียนปรับตัวต่อสถานการณ์การสอบ รวมถึงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารเวลา และอัปเดตข้อมูลการเรียนรู้ให้ ทันสมัยตามแนวโน้มปัจจุบัน ประชากรในการศึกษานี้ คือ นักเรียนระดับอุดมศึกษา โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษา 21 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) Facebook Page Homework Lab เป็นแพลตฟอร์มหลักในการให้บริการและเก็บข้อมูล 2) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานของ ระบบเพจ Facebook Homework Lab และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ เชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน ให้คะแนนประสิทธิภาพของระบบในระดับ “พึงพอใจที่สุด” (X = 4.85, S.D. = 0.12) และการประเมินความ พึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป 21 ท่าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับ “พึงพอใจที่สุด” (X = 4.69, S.D. = 0.18) ซึ่งสะท้อนว่าเพจ สามารถส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และให้คําแนะนําได้ดี อย่างไรก็ตาม ระบบยังสามารถพัฒนาเพิ่มเติมด้านความรวดเร็ว ในการตอบคําถามเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
The development of the Homework Lab learning support system aims to 1) develop a learning support system through the Facebook platform under the name Homework Lab and 2) examine the system's capability in helping students adapt to exam situations, improve time management efficiency, and update learning information to align with current trends. The study population consists of higher education students, with a sample group of 21 students selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments include 1) the Facebook Page Homework Lab, which serves as the main platform for providing services and collecting data, 2) an evaluation form assessing the suitability and effectiveness of the Facebook Homework Lab page, and 3) a user satisfaction questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation (S.D.), were used for data analysis. The results indicated that an evaluation by three experts rated the system's efficiency at the highest satisfaction level ( X = 4.85, S.D. = 0.12). Similarly, an assessment of 21 general users found the satisfaction level to be the highest ( X = 4.69, S.D. = 0.18), reflecting that the page effectively promotes learning and provides useful guidance. However, the system can still be further improved in terms of response speed to enhance overall efficiency.
