การแจ้งลาของนักศึกษาเป็นกระบวนการที่สําคัญในการบริหารจัดการด้านการเรียนการสอน ในระบบเดิม การแจ้งลามักดําเนินการผ่านเอกสารหรือการติดต่อโดยตรง ซึ่งอาจทําให้เกิดความล่าช้า ข้อผิดพลาดในการบันทึก ข้อมูล และความยุ่งยากในการติดตามผล ด้วยความก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยี ระบบแจ้งลารูปแบบใหม่ที่ใช้เทคโนโลยี เข้ามาช่วยโดยงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการแจ้งลาสําหรับนักศึกษาผ่านแพลตฟอร์มให้เป็นระบบ มากยิ่งขึ้น และเพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อระบบแจ้งลาผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน อีกทั้งยังสามารถประเมิน ประสิทธิภาพของระบบแจ้งลาเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับกระบวนการแจ้งลาในรูปแบบเดิม โดยใช้วิธีการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ ของระบบจากผู้ใช้งานเป็นนักศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยนอร์ทกรุงเทพ ตัวอย่างที่นํามาทําการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของ ระบบจากวิธีการสุ่มนักศึกษาภายในห้องเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ไคสแควร์ใช้วิเคราะห์ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้ระบบแจ้งลาแบบใหม่กับระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา ผลการประเมินพบว่า ระบบมีประสิทธิภาพและได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้ใช้งานด้วยด้านความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน ( X = 4.36, S.D. = 0.08) ด้าน ! (X ประสิทธิภาพการทํางานของระบบ ( X = 4.31, S.D. = 0.04) ด้านการใช้งานของระบบ ( X = 4.38, S.D. = 0.07) ด้านความปลอดภัย ( X = 4.34, S.D. = 0.07) ตามลําดับ การวิจัยนี้ได้พิสูจน์ให้เห็นถึงความสําเร็จในการพัฒนา ระบบการแจ้งลาของนักศึกษาที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของนักศึกษา ช่วยลดเวลาของอาจารย์ผู้สอน และช่วยลด ปริมาณการใช้ทรัพยากรกระดาษ โดยช่วยลดข้อผิดพลาด เพิ่มความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน และเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการการเรียนการสอน
Student leave notification is an important process in teaching management. In the old system, leave notification was often done through documents or direct contact, which could cause delays, errors in data recording, and difficulties in tracking. With the advancement of technology, a new leave notification system that uses technology has been developed. This research aims to develop a leave notification system for students via a platform to be more systematic and to study the level of user satisfaction with the leave notification system via the application. It can also evaluate the efficiency of the leave notification system when compared to the old leave notification process by testing the efficiency of the system from students at North Bangkok University. The sample used to evaluate the efficiency of the system was randomly selected from students in the classroom. The statistics used for analysis were inferential statistics. Chi-square was used to analyze the relationship between the use of the new leave notification system and the level of student satisfaction. The evaluation results found that: The system was effective and accepted by users in terms of user requirements (X = 4.36, S.D. = 0.08), system performance (X = 4.31, S.D. = 0.04), system usability (X = 4.38, S.D. = 0.07), and security ( X = 4.34, S.D. = 0.07), respectively. This research has proven the success in developing a student leave notification system that meets students' needs, saves teachers' time, and reduces the amount of paper resources used, thereby reducing errors, increasing user satisfaction, and enhancing the efficiency of teaching and learning management.
